Events

Groups, companies, organisations

If you’re looking for a speaker to coincide with high-profile national campaigns, please be aware that I tend to get booked early.

To avoid disappointment, please book well in advance – as an added incentive I’m offering 20% off the usual price.

Individuals

From July to October 2020, I’m running online talks/workshops every Wednesday from 11am to 12, UK time.

I slightly hate doing this, because I don’t want to be Mr Mental Health forever. But I do it because it can help others to avoid the worst of what I went through.

In the session, I will share stories and drawings about my own experience of breakdown. I’ll be very honest about what took me into a dark place, and how I gradually came out of it.
NOTE I ask you to respect my openness by not sharing what I tell you elsewhere. I promise the same for you.

I’ll talk about what helped, and what didn’t. But I don’t offer prescriptions: I’m not a therapist. If you are even slightly tempted to join me, do! Failing to look after your mind is a bad idea.

Details on my Events page (link to my own site).

If you have any questions send me an email.
